Shipping Information

Only Domestic Shipping in the USA at this time. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

We ship USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. Shipping is now FREE! We are not responsible for items after they have shipped.

In stock items will ship out 1-3 days from when your order is placed. 

Most items are made to order and may take about 2 weeks to ship. If you have time constraints or have questions about a specific item, please ask!

Custom work will be shipped once final payment is made and may be subject to shipping fees. Until the piece is paid in full, it remains the property of Maricha Genovese Fine Jewelry.

You will be emailed a tracking number when your item is ready for shipping.




Return & Exchange Policy

All custom work is non-refundable.

We can not accept returns on our Made to Order or Custom items. These pieces were made specifically for you, per your specifications.

For In Stock/Ready for Wear items, however, we can accept returns within 1 week of your receipt of the item or an exchange for store credit. Please email us to gain approval and for further instructions. Items must be unworn with no signs of wear and tear. You are responsible for shipping costs.

Please contact us for assessment of repairs if needed.

We take pride in the quality of our work and our attention to detail. We inspect each piece so that you are receiving a piece that will last. If issues should arise, please contact us! A perk of supporting small business is the level of personal attention you will receive. We can assess issues on a more case to case basis, so please contact us if you are feeling unfulfilled.
